 How to Order

We make organising corporate gifts and branded treats easy. Every order is unique and can be tailored to your brand or business objective whether a Christmas hamper, PR campaign or glitzy event.

Can I add my logo or artwork for free?

Yes. When selecting your product, you will be able to upload your artwork before checking out.

 

Can I include a Gift Note in my order?

Yes! We love to make each order feel special and encourage you to include a Gift Note.

We offer gift notes free of charge with every order. Simply enter your gift message in the designated box at checkout and our team will apply it inside the box.

Do you have vegan or gluten free gifts?

We have an extensive range of vegan and gluten free corporate gifts.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver corporate gifts anywhere in the UK.

 

What is your delivery time and can you deliver on a Specific Delivery Date?

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours but you can also choose a specific delivery date at the checkout. Simply enter the required delivery date at checkout and we will despatch for delivery on that day. We do not have a guaranteed delivery service for Saturdays and Sundays so please bare this in mind when placing the order.

 

Can I send my order to multiple addresses?

Yes. you can upload a spreadsheet of addresses on the product page. Please make sure that all the details are in the relevant columns.

 

Do you offer bespoke services?

Yes, we can mix and match the corporate boxes on request. We can add collateral or branding inside the boxes such as your literature, key rings, socks and more. Just let us know what you have in mind.

Can you help with the design of the corporate gifts?

Absolutely! You can download a template and create your own artwork or we can help with the design. The size of the printing areas are 45mm dia on products in bulk or 180x138mm on letterbox lids.
